Cort GA5FBW Acoustic-Electric Guitar – The new Grand Regal Series from Cort is based on the popular Grand Auditorium body shape that sits right in between the dreadnought and concert-size shapes for a full but balanced sound. The 1 3/4″ (45mm) nut width also makes it ideal for fingerstyle playing. GA5F-BW is solid Cedar top with Blackwood back and sides, Fishman Presys 3-Band EQ, LED Tuner, and Phase control offers sonic flexibility as well as convenience for a variety of playing situations where amplification is needed.

Auditorium Cutaway Body

With dimensions of 4 5/8″ (117mm) body depth, upper bout width at 11 1/2″ (292mm) and lower bout width at 16″ (405mm), the Grand Regal’s body size is perfectly in between the large Dreadnought and the more intimate Grand Concert. This makes the Grand Regal ideal for both strumming/flatpicking and fingerstyle playing and suits the versatile acoustic player who prefers to have one guitar to cover a variety of sounds and playing styles.

Solid Red Cedar Top

Compared to spruce, cedar is a bit mellower and warmer. The midrange is slightly accentuated with a sweeter top-end, making cedar ideal for players who fingerpick a lot and prefer a slightly rounder and fuller sound.

Fishman® Presys

3-Band EQ, LED Tuner, and Phase control offers sonic flexibility as well as convenience for a variety of playing situations where amplification is needed.

Ebony Bridge Pins

The high density of Ebony wood keeps the fundamental acoustic sound focused and tight with greater sonic projection than plastic, enhancing the transfer of the string vibrations throughout the soundboard top, body and the neck.
