The Sigma 00M 15E Aged Electric Acoustic is part of Sigma’s Aged Mahogany Series Guitars, bringing traditional styles, stunning distressed finishes and all Mahogany construction for rich acoustic tones.

00M Body Shape

This 00M shape is a medium size, offering a comfortable playing experience and a balanced tone, well suited to strumming or fingerpicking.

The body meets the neck at the 12th fret, for a very traditional sound and feel, for that folk or delta blues sound. The bridge sits further away from the sound-hole than on a 14th fret guitar, which gives it a louder warmer and fuller tone that compliments the midrange character of the Mahogany.

The 00M 15E also has a sloped shoulder shape, which naturally compresses the bass frequencies, allowing the tone to sound full and controlled, which sounds great in the room and is easier to get good recorded tones.

All Mahogany Body

With the top, back & sides, and neck constructed from Mahogany, the 00M 15E has a very rich and warm character. Mahogany is known for it’s pronounced midrange, giving it a very musical tone that will sit beautifully in any mix. It has plenty of punch and clarity on the attack and depth on the sustain.

Fitted with a Fishman Presys II preamp, your natural acoustic tone can be amplified very accurately, to project your beautiful acoustic tone further. And with a 2-band EQ you can adjust your bass and treble to taste to get your perfect amplified sound in any space.
